Affiliate Marketing
I started my journey into the Affiliate Marketing side of making money on line after reading Year Of The Affiliate an Ebook by Sean Rasmussen. I really started looking for ways I could make money and this book has a lot of good information in it to help achieve that goal and so will read it again as I continue the journey.
I have finally arrived where I can write about what I am doing, it is not as easy as I thought it would be, there is so much to learn and the more that I learn, the more I have to learn.
Are you serious about getting into affiliate marketing? Well there are a some things you need do and one is a lot of reading.
I Realised
- That yes I too could do it.
- Yes it does take time and a lot of work setting things up.
- There are times you will get frustrated
- When you get the first trickle of money coming in it is exciting.
Finding my way
I am starting to find my way, it’s a lot of work but I am enjoying the journey, I am pleased with how my total travel site is looking and I will be expanding my direction a little and doing a lot more research.
I was not going to jump into anything, and wanted to check things out before doing anything, so be prepared to spend the time looking for what works for you and go with what you feel comfortable, and trust your instincts.
I don’t know it all I am just starting out but feel my efforts with making money will increase with time and so will my knowledge
I am only taking baby steps with this but I am getting there and it makes me feel like I am finally going to achieve what I tried to do in 1998.
Reasons
The main reason it didn’t work for me then, was I was too busy running my own business and doing other things that I thought I should be doing, and looking after my first Grand child.
Now I have some time to peruse what I would rather do and that’s earn some pocket money from Affiliate Marketing and maybe even start my own online business
Opportunity
What started me on the Affiliate Marketing again was I an invitation to go to a seminar, I decided to take up the challenge, that’s where I first heard Sean Rasmussen speak and he more than anyone inspired me to go do it.
When I got an Email from Sean and I was lucky enough to get into his webvision2020 forum with him and his people at a price I could afford I was so pleased .
Now I am really learning and have someone I know I can ask questions and will get the best answers.

I am trying Affiliate Marketing now aside from blog monetizing. So far, i have signed up with Amazon and Clickbank.
just tried Affiliate Marketing with Clickbank and Amazon. you could earn a lot from these Affiliate Marketing sites if you have lots of US and UK traffic.

I too, am an older senior citizen getting into the affiliate marketing game. My belief is that if you don’t give up and keep working at something productive you will attain success. Looks like you have your head on straight and I like the way you express yourself in a down to earth fashion.
