It requires practice to be able to master Positive thinking it is an art that you have to work on, and when you achieve a positive thinking mindset you automatically have positive thoughts.
You should recite your positive affirmations daily. It helps this process happen automatically.
If you have a positive mindset you will discover answers to perhaps the most complex problems and challenges.
Positive thinking is a mindset or attitude that is geared towards knowing things will work out.
Somebody who has a positive thinking mindset naturally thinks positively and always foresees happiness, success, and the positive outcome to every situation and event that takes place in their lives, and know that they will make the right decision and the right choices.
This is the power of having a positive thinking mindset.
There are those who have confidence in positive thinking but don’t know how to properly apply it. These are the people who will say “Think Positive” when you’re down or when things aren’t going well.
But the person hearing this phrase has no idea what they mean and so tries to apply it and doesn’t get the result they want.

There is something called “liquid chalk” that you can use to write on your bathroom mirror and erase it easily. You can write “remember to think positively” on your mirror so that when you wake up in the morning and go to the bathroom that is the first thing you see. If you then follow its advice every morning, it will become a habit within a month.
